At VERSA, I worked as the Head of Conversational AI 2019-2020

This was the first time working at an agency that worked on digital transformation. I worked in a cross-functional role where I talked with clients and potential clients about the business ROI of chatbots and digital transformations. I worked with banks, governments, telecom companies, CPG, nonprofits, brands, and many other types of organizations.
